I saw an Infinity IT 8800 at a trade show. I liked it very much. The rep told me it is their most advanced and latest model in the 8000 series. But I saw your recent post and now question what the rep told me. I would appreciate if you give an update on the difference between the IT 8800 and IT 8500. Which is the most recent model and which has the most and best features?
I really appreciate your time.
Thank you.

Hi Doug, Thank you for contacting us. A lot of shoppers have reached out to us about the same thing. The 8800 and 8500 came out around the same time, and what we noticed is the 8800 was closer to a model that has been discontinued which was the 8200. The It-8500 has a deep tissue massage roller, very easy to use remote, new stretch features, and a 3 roller foot roller for the soles of the feet. We liked the 8500 better than the 8800 and it seemed to be the better of the two chairs. The 8800 is only available at trade shows and we’re not totally sure what the total cost would be. We hope that helps. ~Steph

Thank you Stephanie. I contacted Infinity and they also stated that the 8800 is their most advanced and latest chair. The rep will sell either the 8500 or 8800 for the same price. So I have to decide how to proceed. Thanks again for your help.

I need to find a power cord for a Massage Sofa Model 8-100. I thought it might be a Cozzia but now think it might be an Infinity. Can you help. The chair is probably 3 years old. On the tag it says Imput 24 Volt rated power 72 W; Cozzia LLC

Hi Nina, Thank you for reaching out to us. If the label mentions Cozzia LLC, it is definitely a Cozzia product. Here is their support information that might help you get a new power cord. You can contact Cozzia’s customer service department at 1-877-977-0656 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday for warranty or service issues. You also can email at service@cozzia-usa.com for any maintenance and service inquires. If that doesn’t end up working out and you decide to just buy a new massage chair or personal massager, talk to the guys at http://www.emassagechair.com. They’d be happy to help. ~Steph
Good writing, thanks.
